            I started my yoga journey with them during the pandemic time as I was looking for instructors who provide quality and dedicated yoga service. Thankfully, I found them through a common friend of mine and I started attending their service.                                 I started garbhsanskar from second month of my pregnancy. Mouni mam guided me so well, she taught me to deal with health as well as with professional challanges I was facing that time. The course is designed very nicely with every month growth of child which helps to connect and visualise how baby is growing. Spiritual and religious knowledge helped me to come out with stress nd keep me nd my baby on priority. Yoga session brings a confidence and the way mouni mam encourage to do yoga is very nice. Mantras chanting , breathing exercise are also included. She also guided me for good diet time to time. She is very friendly u can share any thing with her. As this is my second baby , mouni mam also gave me some activity like stories and talk to do with my daughter and baby that they can also connect with each other. Now I m on my 9th month, I attended the class throughout my pregnancy nd I m feeling much confidant that I can deal with the upcoming chalange with ease.
